At Montana Western Juniper, we are confident in the quality of our products.
We offer a one year warranty - free of charge.
Our free one year warranty covers all of the products we sell for one year from the date of your purchase. While under normal household usage, if you experience any manufacturing-related defects with your furniture or accessories,
please contact us to arrange for repair.
There is a one year warranty on all products unless otherwise noted.
Orders placed on the phone or via
e-mail are processed
and put into production quickly. Once we receive your order, we immediately place your items into production and process the order for shipment from our stock. Cancellations will only be accepted within 24 hours of orders being placed if item has not
shipped, or if we can accommodate the change**.
Please note that there may be a 5% processing fee will be charged for
cancellations after 24 hours.
**Items that have shipped can not be cancelled. However, you may take an advantage of our Return Policy.
Changes to Orders
All requests of changes to orders must be submitted through the Contact Us link via email on our website. Changes will be only be accepted if order has not shipped. If changes are possible, your exact changes will be confirmed via e-mail. Submission of e-mail does not guarantee change can be accommodated.
